No more than 2 birds per unit. Dogs and cats must not exceed 20 pounds or 18 inches in height and are subject to a $100 pet security deposit.
  • Other Pets Allowed: A pet policy has been established which allows for one “four-legged” common household pet per unit. Management requires proof of vaccinations for dogs and cats. There is a "No Visiting Pets”rule as well.

    We currently accept payment of rent by check or money order. We do not accept cash. We strive to make your experience at Elk Towers effortless and worry free. Should there be any concerns about your home, please contact the office at (814) 834-4445. Elk Towers has a newly formed Residents Association. Residents are notified of activities available by our monthly newsletter or by flyers specific to the event.
